Outside Remodeling

The final phase of our storewide construction project has begun!

We’ve been working with Undecorated, the company behind our interior remodeling, to give the outside of our store a fresh new look.

This phase will see the replacement of the fabric awning along 9 mile with translucent polycarbonate supported by a steel roof structure and steel columns.

This structure will wrap around the Garden Center and Grocery Receiving areas, creating a more cohesive modern look as well as better shelter from the elements.

Here’s where construction stands as of 9.25.2024:

Current Status:

• The outside of the building has been washed and painted, and the steel structure that will support the awning has been installed.
• Next step: Concrete! We’ll be replacing the concrete and sidewalks around the steel supports, which will assist with structural integrity and even out the sidewalk for pedestrians.
• As a result of some earlier delays, we expect construction finalization to wrap up around the end of October.

These dates are highly contingent on availability of contractors and materials, so please be aware that this timeline could change! We will do our best to keep you updated via social media, our website and in-store postings.

We’ve included some design mockups below, so you can get a better idea of what’s to come.

While we’re aware that this process may cause inconvenience in the short term, we’re sure that the results will be worth it!
